MinimumQualifications:

Matric passed with exemption (essential)
Relevant Degree/Diploma(preferred)
Minimum 7 years sales or business development experience in the ICT industry,dealing with executives and senior decision makers.
Minimum of 5 years business experiencewith a very good, understanding of general business principles and practices.
Must havecompleted a recognized Sales Course (certificate of completion or attendance will be required);
Must understand and have implemented the principles of selling, deal conversion and closingtechniques, pipeline creation, demand generation, forecasting, profitability and the principles ofROI and TCO;
Must be able to develop strategic go – to market strategies withcustomers and create tactical plans to execute strategies.
Software sales experience andunderstanding software licensing will be an advantage
Experience in distribution will be anadvantage
Experience in channel development will be an advantage;
Software vendorexperience will be an advantage
Experience in marketing, PR and social media selling willbe an advantage.

Business development and program managementwithin your allocated Business Partner accounts
Recruitment and enablement of new BusinessPartner
Account planning and performance analysis
Exceeding sales targets
Preparing of Partner Plans and business development plans
Training Business Partners onIBM sales and incentive programmes
Facilitating technical and brand sales training for yourBusiness Partners
Facilitating and assistance with marketing events to generate leads foryour Business Partners

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
First line ofcontact for selected customer base:
Provide relevant information regarding products interms of their features and benefits
Timeously and accurately handle customer queries andquotations
Create specific pricing and service structures for each client in allocateddatabase
Negotiate pricing with clients and close sale on agreed price
Provide theclient with stock availability and order status information
Minimise stock related cost tothe customer
Ensure maximum customer satisfaction
Manage the closed sale includingthe financial transaction and the dispatch thereof
Maximise procurement of product fromGroups and seek opportunistic sales on customer calls
Analyse customer profile of salesagainst Groups products.
Close gaps & introduce new product lines.
Analysecustomer profile of sales & identify gaps in Groups product range for presentation asopportunities to Groups marketing.
Build an awareness of the cost, revenue implications,market conditions and actions to ensure sustained competitive advantage in volatile marketplace.
Hold weekly pipeline management meetings and monthly account review meetings.
Present sales trend, backorder and operational reports for analysis of opportunities for costmanagement & sales development.
Explore all opportunities & feedback info tomarketing and debtors to ensure smooth flow in availability, development of new productopportunities, aggressive follow-up of deals/opportunities and smooth availability of creditfacilities
Displays a shared vision of Groups organisational environment and it’seffective in mimicking this organisational environment in set up of remote offices.
Champions a commitment culture in the organization.

Clear credit andcriminal record.
Have a positive and self-motivated attitude.
Self-starter who isable to work with little supervision.
Ability to work under pressure and meet agreeddeadlines.

Salary: R Negotiable CTC - per month depending on work experience and skilllevel. Salary is Negotiable depending on experience and skill level
