Skills and Experience
Qualifications• Overall 10+ years of industry experience with 5-7 Years of relevant experience• Demonstrated professional expertise in a large ISP/Telcos company’s running an ITProduction Operation at scale including Infrastructure (Servers, Network, Storage, Security) andApplications (Distributed, Middleware, Databases across all tiers)• Ability to work with Infrastructures and Platforms including IaaS (Openstack), PaaS(Openshift), and Cloud technologies and tools for Continuous Delivery (CD)• Highly experienced in Linux – Debian and RH functionalities/features and systemadministration• Knowledge of virtualization management in OpenStack, RHEV, and VMWare• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience Desirable experience• Cloud management and administration• Continuous delivery experience• Proven diagnostic, troubleshooting, and service restoration skills.• Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service skills, and English communication skillswith difficult customers in outage situations.• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
