You would require the following for this position:

Matric/ Grade 12 certificate
Must have Moderators / Assessors qualification
Experience in setting up a Training Department
2 - 4 Years’ experience in a training environment
Ability to handle diverse activities simultaneously
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Valid code 8 driver’s license and own transport 

Your Duties will include (but not be limited to):

Setting up the Training Department
Ensure quality training is offered
Measuring training conducted to planned and monitor legal requirements for Internal staff 

You will need to reside in Sandton or surrounding area.
