Role details:
This person will be responsible for developing, tailoring and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that support the sales and revenue goals of the Financial Services business in our Growth Markets (GMs).

S/he will work with the FS Marketing Lead, the GM Industry Networks & Program Marketing Lead, the GM Insurance and Banking Industry Leads, the marketing leads of the various geographic Marketing Units (MUs) and Client Groups (CGs), the relevant subject-matter experts, and the Delivery Excellence Campaign Management team, to ensure the campaigns are targeted, aligned with the business goals, relevant to the targeted MUs and CGs, consistent with our brand and industry messaging, differentiated, and measurable. S/he will also use campaign metrics to maximize the effectiveness of all elements of these campaigns.

A key part of the job is collaboration with all relevant groups and individuals to leverage their efforts to the maximum degree that is relevant. This will allow this person to deliver powerful campaigns that are entirely consistent with our overall messaging while also being optimally efficient and localized.

1. Localize and drive activation of FS global campaigns, collaborating with the FS content leads and MU marketing leads
2. Develop Market-specific thought leadership as needed for the Market growth priorities, aligned to the global content agenda and messaging
3. Drive local activation of global programs and attendance at related global events, and run local events
4. Stakeholder management (both the business and marketing)
5. Inform and influence Market/MU implementation of the Global FS media strategy to address local business dynamics. Evaluate, coach and pitch Market/MU spokespeople with national and local media
6. Industry Network enablement and communication in Growth Markets
7. Drive trade media advertising / paid media strategy and execution at Market level, in collaboration with the Brand team and Global FS Industry to ensure content is optimized for Market / MU channels
8. Manage Leading in Social for FS Market/MU leaders
9. Collaborate with the marketing teams of our ecosystem partners to run joint campaigns in support of our alliance go-to-market efforts
10. Harvest, tailor and distribute client stories relevant to the Market/MU. Provide input into client stories that are selected to support global Industry campaigns

Minimum of 15 years of marketing experience, with the majority in campaign development and content creation.
A good understanding of the financial services sector, and of the technology it uses.

The Microsoft Suite - PPT, Excel, Outlook, PowerBI, Word, Teams proficiency.
