National Diploma/ BTech in Engineering Qualification
3-5 years of work experience involving the use of Civil / Structural Engineering principles and practices, Structural design experience is necessary as is the design of steel structures


Job Responsibilities:

Preparing reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information and trends.
Researching suitable technical solutions and estimating costs and timescales.
Formulating and studying technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems and topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and requirements.
Assisting in developing capital project programs for new equipment and major repairs.
Conducting field surveys and studying maps, graphs, diagrams and other data to identify and correct system problems.
Maintaining engineering Key Performance Indicators
Responsible for maintaining a safe working environment in line with Mine Health and Safety Act requirements.
Performing budget drafting and cost management.
Leading and managing employees within the engineering sub-team
Planning and implementing research methodology and procedures to apply principles of electrical theory to engineering projects. Additionally responsible for developing and managing engineering projects.
