Amazon is seeking bright,articulate, detail-oriented applicants with a desire to contribute to world class customer serviceto join us in a temporary position of approximately three months as we prepare for our busiest timeof the year – December Holiday Season.  As a Seasonal Amazon Customer Service Associateis a critical part of our mission to deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service toall Amazon customers.  This vital position requires an action-orientated, flexibleproblem-solver who will assist customers in resolving any and all customer facing problemsespecially over this high volume time of year.  Associates may communicate with customers viaphone, email and chat.  Associates will utilize a variety of software tools to navigatecustomer accounts, research and review policies and communicate effective solutions in a fun, andfast paced environment.

• Completed Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Good command ofEnglish (verbal and written).

•Ability to navigate the Internet, email, and chat to customer via Instant Messenger tools.
•Ability to cope well in a high pressure environment while maintaining high qualityoutputs.
 
 
 


Preferred Qualifications:
• 1+ years ina service environment dealing with the public
 
This position is a seasonal role spanninga three month period (subject to change).
