Exposure in installation, maintenance and tuning of databases of operating systems in order to provide SAP BASIS Support is essential. Relevant Certification would be beneficial
You duties will include the following:
Providing SAP Basis Support
Input in designing the architecture for strategies and procedures
Set up infrastructure as per design requirements
Installation of operating systems and databases, backup implementation and DRP.
Day to day administration and maintenance of database and UNIX operating systems
Checking logs, successful backups, monitoring and updating faults
Monitor and track performance of the system
Product research and evaluation
