Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
Facilitate the development, implementation and continuous improvement of ACI’s methodologies, processes and procedures. Work across organizational boundaries to ensure process consistency and adoption. Monitor implemented processes for adoption and compliance. Evaluate existing processes. Organizes leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams. Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.

DIMENSIONS:
Standard office environment.
Travel required; may be domestic or international.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Establishes the definition of methodologies, processes, procedures and best practices in accordance with ACI’s defined process framework. Utilizes the appropriate components of the process framework based on the identified objectives and needs.
Defines the objectives and scope of process definition initiatives.
Identifies and monitors the tasks, estimates and milestones required to meet the identified project objectives.
Identifies the stakeholders required to participate in process definition activities.
Makes recommendations for process improvements. Documents, communicates and implements process improvements.
Conducts process needs analysis using the standards established by the process manager. Compiles and communicates findings of process needs analysis and other key interested parties.
Provides pre-development consulting services with customers to gather and define development environment requirements for projects and enhancements to existing systems.
Creates and delivers process related training.
Participates in cross-organizational process initiatives to ensure consistency and representation of applicable organizations.
Develops and delivers process Improvement and Root Cause Analysis Frameworks. Including documentation, templates, standards, guidelines and communication roll-out plans for new processes, tools, reporting, and tracking Return on Investment of Process Improvement and RCA initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years related experience required; including operational and software application knowledge.
Intermediate Excel, Power Point, Word, Graphics for development of process and communication materials.
Excellent presentation, oral and written communication, and listening skills.

Highly Desired Qualifications
Background in defining and implementing processes in a software development area.
