You Need
Financial Degree/Diploma
FTI Diploma
Solid Business Analysis in Finance processes
Sound ERP systems
Retail industry & SAP FI
Formal training in business analysis and design methodologies
Proven BA delivery in large Projects environ in global business environment
Aris Modelling
Programming, SDLC knowledge and Planning

To Do:
Identify & understand business requirements
To determine a suitable solution to address business needs/requirements:
Works closely with System Analysts and Project Managers to design and implement solutions
Provide input on alternatives presented by the technical designers and answer detailed questions on business design
Deliver the required solution:
Research, document & prepare business cases on appropriate technologies
Define scope of solution
Review technical solutions & As Is business processes against BRS
Document & evaluate required data & information
Facilitate and co-ordinate User Acceptance Testing
Train business users:
Lead, mentor and coach junior and intermediate BA’s within the stream:
Assist in monitoring portfolio activities
Coach & mentor for the domain stream BA’s in BA tools and processes
Manage BA workload & KPA/KPI monitoring
Manage BA leave, overtime, etc.
