Our Client, a leader in the Retail Industry is looking for a Claims Administrator to assist them on contract in their Warehouse and Distribution Centre.

Our Client, a leader in the Retail Industry is looking for a Claims Administrator to assist them on contract in their Warehouse and Distribution Centre. The successful candidate will have the following Key Performance Indicators.

Investigation of Claims
Ensure that stores capture the deliveries they received so that the business does not run at a loss.
Identify requirements.
Ensure claims reduction per 72 hours.
Ensure adherence to processes


Ensuring the accuracy of the investigated claims on SAP.
Handle general queries of the department and feedback to Department Manager.
Communicate to other Warehouses regarding reporting and their claims
Ensure that all POD received from transporter are checked and validated to meet the requirements
To be able to investigate claims at stores and Warehouse systematically and visually.

The minimum Requirements consist of:

Senior certificate and related Tertiary qualification


At least 1-2 years working experience
SAP Experience not essential but preferable.
Proven experience in an Office environment
Experience in warehousing and logistics industry
Excel
