Role details:
Analyse and review business, functional, and technical requirements.
Document and develop code according to specifications and standards.
Prepare test data and plan and conduct basic unit or module testing.
Provide support for quality assurance testing and defect resolution.
Participate in project team meetings and communicate effectively with peers, architects, system analysts, business analysts, project managers, quality control, and across other technology team boundaries, reporting project status as required.
Continuing customization and development.
Database clean up.
Development of reports and dashboards.
May be required to be on call to provide support on a need-to basis.
Develop and implement training for users.
Keep materials up-to-date.
Communicate future Salesforce releases and enhancements.
Design and manage ongoing development of the system to support the organization’s mission and strategy.
Manage outsourced Salesforce implementation partners and ongoing relationships with Salesforce employees.
Work with DBA and System Admin teams on performance and system availability issues.
Good analytical and problem solving skills as well as being able to manage own workload.
Implementation of proper quality assurance processes including unit and exploratory tests of all new development efforts and debugging/research/identification of suspected bugs.
Willingness and ability to provide knowledge transfer and training on relevant job topics to junior resource(s) to advance their skills and abilities.
Excellent communication skills including the ability to document efforts and processes consistently and to BCX standards.
Drive the migration of any and all data currently residing in legacy systems and spreadsheets into Salesforce.

Should have good working knowledge of Microsoft CRM.Dynamics - 4.0. Dynamics 2011.
Familiar with configuration, deployment of CRM applications.
Working knowledge of creating workflows, plug-ins.
Knowledge On Software Development Languages.
Understands SQL, triggers and stored procedure concepts. Can create queries, subqueries and joins.
Salesforce/Force.com knowledge and certifications.
Apex and Visual force (Salesforce) and JavaScript Libraries e.g. jQuery knowledge would be an advantage.
Basic understanding of insurance and risk management concepts not required, but would be an advantage.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, managers, other departments and clients.
Technical Skills: C# and Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Structured Query Language.
(SQL), Relational Database Management System (DBMS) and/or Object-Oriented.
SQL Database Knowledge.
Knowledge on Microsoft reporting Services.
Strong analytical skills.
Good communication skills.

Candidates should possess knowledge, skills, and experience building custom declarative and programmatic applications on the Force.com platform.
Candidates should demonstrate advanced knowledge of the programmatic capabilities of the Force.com platform and data modelling, to develop complex business logic and interfaces.
Candidates should be able to successfully design and implement maintainable and scalable Service Cloud solutions that meet customer business requirements and contribute to their long-term success.
Good understanding of Agile principles.

3-5 Years’ experience of Salesforce architecture and administration experience preferred but related experience will be considered
