Exciting opportunity awaits a Certified Scrum Master who wants to be in a smaller division but within the stability of a bigger corporate company. The position would be based in CBD Johannesburg, where they provide transport to the nearest Gautrain station and have one of the funkiest offices in CBD.

The ideal individual would facilitate the daily stand up, help the team with processes and working according to the Agile methodology, setting up retrospectives, sprint reviews or sprint planning sessions, shielding the team from interruptions during the sprint, removing obstacles that affect the team, walking the product owner through more technical user stories and encouraging collaboration between Scrum team and product owner
Qualification and Experience required:

• Degree or higher qualification
• Scrum Certification
• 4-6 years’ experience in a similar role
• Banking or financial or insurance environment experience
• Energetic and positive
• Agile certification would be a bonus or more than 4 years working experience in an Agile environment
