Requirements:

Grade 12/ Matric
Diploma/ Certificate in Customer Service Management/ Customer Relationship/ Marketing/ Sales/ Marketing Management
2 - 3 years’ Experience in a customer Service Position within a Retail/ Logistics/ Warehousing/ Supply Chain Environment
Experience Capturing Data onto a database System
Well Organized
Ability to work under pressure
Computer Literate
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
Valid Driver’s License and Own transport
