Role details:
DAS seeks a self-directed, motivated and multitalented technical professional with a record of exceeding expectations in the area of solutions development.
The ideal candidate has a consultative approach with the ability to design solution based sales projects and develop key customer relationships.
This person is focused, responsible, accountable, has strong execution skills and experience working with a direct and indirect sales force

Key Qualities necessary for consideration:
• Professionally fluent in English and well-spoken. English first language would be preferred.
• Knowledge of all windows server and workstation operating systems.
• Good grasp on System Integrations and Solutions.
• Understanding of SQL, Jscript and VBS.
• Experience of scan workflows and document management systems, a bonus.
• Ability to work with both the customer’s technical and executive management.
• Self-starter who requires minimal supervision.
• Problem solving, communication skills (both written and verbal) and a focus on results.
• 4+ years of success in developing and delivering enterprise software solution.

• Proven consultative solution development skills with ability to incorporate; software, professional services and hardware requirements.
• Ability to build and expand relationships with customer contacts.
• Adept in public speaking and presentations.
• Technically literate, with an aptitude to understand, present and position our solutions to both customers and resellers.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide direct and indirect technical support across our fleet of products to vendors and end-users alike.
• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding our products.
• Gather customer’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analysing the root cause of the problem.
• Escalate challenges experienced to your senior as soon as it happens.
• Assist the Sales team in solution development and project design.
• Represent the company at business related functions such as trade shows, client presentations, reseller events and other sales related venues.
• Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge, its commercial application and potential.
