To translate macro design into detailed micro designs which will realise the business solution in their relevant areas of focus. Translate and communicate the required changes to the programmer community . Develop critical component parts.

Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain and develop front and backend application systems or solutions for BIS department
Analyse business requirement specifications and translate requirement into development tasks. Maintaining good relationship with the stakeholders and clients. Review bottlenecks and changes that affects system performance. Meet tight and demanding deadlines under pressure (adhoc/ prototype projects)
