Business / System Analyst

Salary: R289,761.00 (Excluding benefits) per annum

Purpose: To analyse the business requirements of the National Treasury and effect the implementation and maintenance of the application systems required.
Key outputs:

- Defined and reviewed current Business Architecture
- Analysed Business and Architectural Baseline Gaps for modifications and defined solutions
- Defined Application Architecture Gap Analysis
- Identified Applications and Business Opportunities and Solutions
- Developed user Requirements Specification
- Developed Functional Specification
- Implemented target Application Architecture Baseline within business
- Defined and executed quality / test assurance plans for modification in business
- User training on new developed solutions.

Requirements:

- A Relevant National Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration / Information Technology
- A relevant qualification in Business / System Analysis will be an added advantage
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a business / system analyst
- In-depth knowledge and experience of the following ICT disciplines: Project Management, Enterprise Architecture, Business Analysis and the System Development Lifecycle - In-depth knowledge and experience utilising the Unified Modelling Language (UML) / Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) and Integrated Definition Language (IDEF0) standards
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
