Looking for an Outbound Call Centre Person an IT Services Company in North Riding that is the Market leader in its field.
Salary: Negotiable depending on qualifications and experience

Skills & Specifications:- Excellent Communication skills – verbal and written
- Excellent Sales ability
- Able to interact on all levels
- Well spoken
- Accuracy & attention to detail
Duties & Responsibilities:
Including but not limited to:
- Generate prospects by “cold calling”
- Update client information on CRM
- Schedule appointments, attend meetings and present presentations
- Daily scheduling of incoming equipment
- Management of sub-contractors, e.g. logistics company
- Increasing profit from existing accounts
- Sourcing of new accounts
- Create account documentation: meeting debriefs, presentations, reports, GRV’s and certificates
- Manage the Marketing on LinkedIn
- Manage presentations to Management Level
- Work according to strict deadlines
- Prepare a monthly report
Education & Qualification:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Tertiary qualification
- 1 + years’ experience in office automation and outbound telesales
