Business Process Analyst (Industrial Engineer Grad) for the continuous improvement, optimization & transformation of the Operational department through the discovery, analysis, design & implementation of business processes & the management of change to those processes.

You Need:
Industrial Engineering Degree/ Hons /related
Solid business process efficiency (Agile/Six-Sigma principles)
Business process review, improvement & re-engineering theory & procedures
IT systems & sound Systems Thinking.
Financial industry

To Do:
Usual BPR function elevated to:
Evaluate & analyse current strategies, structures & process flows in departments to identify priorities.
Needs analysis of internal clients / stakeholders.
Understand & populate current sub processes & tasks.
Apply process improvement & re-engineering methodologies & principles to identify & plan improvements
Work with HR & Management to establish current roles & responsibilities of each role player in the processes.
Implement process improvements & project manage these.
Identify control issues or risks in business processes.
Analyse & improve business processes to improve overall workflow efficiencies & effectiveness.
Contribute to design & implementation of organization-wide process-centric methodologies (i.e. Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Metrics, Goal Alignment, etc.)
Liaise with IT & systems department to establish technology/system requirements of new business processes.
Populate new roles & responsibilities of each role player with HR.
Develop & maintain a process documentation management plan (+ process document templates.)
Document processes & workflows using standard methodologies & tools.
Document business requirements or needs where required.
Create training material with the training department & present training where needed.
Provide education & coaching on process methodologies, enterprise process leadership, & impact of recommended changes.
Ensure process design/redesign & process improvements are effectively used to constantly improve business performance through the cohesive use of selected structured tool sets.
Ensure ''best practices'' are shared & utilized.
