Key objective of the role is to provide financial decision support to keystakeholders such as the Openserve Executive Committee and Group Finance. Responsible for thestrategic analysis and planning of financial plans that reflect the company's priorities andstrategic objectives. To establish processes and tools to effectively coordinate, manage, identify,compile and recommend the annual capital- and operating budgets to the BU top management andinterpret, report and advice on results within the period required. Manages a team of FBP’sresponsible to support Openserve Divisional Chiefs on both Revenue and Operational expenditure withbudgets, reporting and business insights. Cooperate with Divisional business owners to ensurebusiness targets are met, including benefits tracking and continuous business improvement. Providesa product costing capability to Openserve. Provide leadership to a team of finance professionals tobe a high performance team.
