We are currently looking for a Level 400 Lync Engineer to support the business in achieving its strategic objectives in the End User Computing Centre team.

Responsibilities:
• Keep up to date with Microsoft Skype for Business and Exchange Server in addition to infrastructure technologies, Active Directory technologies and networking
• Deliver projects using best practice technical deployment principles
• Assist in development and evolution of published best practices
• Be a mentor and leader on the Enterprise Voice Product to all peers working in the greater team
• Be an escalation point for all other engineers that required guidance on Enterprise Voice
• Keep up to date with MS Lync and related Unified Messaging infrastructure technologies and networking
• Deliver projects using best practice technical deployment principles
• Assist in development and evolution of published best practices

Duties:
• Expected to have implementation experience or understanding of MS Lync and related Unified Messaging infrastructure technologies and other infrastructure products in the Microsoft stack including networking
• Responsible to deliver assigned projects on time, within budget and at highest quality.
• Ability to operate within a team and takes leadership from senior consultants.
• Building relationships and reputations with customers and colleagues.
• Assisting project managers with the technical aspects of any project including project management plan, technical conversations, etc.
• Ability to present technical status updates to clients

Qualifications:
• Microsoft Certification (MCP, MCITP, MSCE)
• Minimum 3-5 years technical experience in core Microsoft technology’s and relevant project related deployment experience
• Minimum 5-10 years technical experience in Microsoft Exchange Server
• Minimum 5-10 years technical experience in Unified Communications
• OCS, Lync 2010/2013/Skype for Business
• SBA’s & SBC’s
• Avaya, Sonus, Audio codes, Cisco
• ITIL Foundation
• Presales and Client Engagement
• Creation of high and low level designs
• Architecture exposure to Microsoft Stack
• TOGAF (Advantageous)
