Duration: 2 months
 
 
2.  Purposeof Role:To provide onsite support, deployment, managementand administration of all  Android Tablet devices issued.
3.   Primary RoleAccountabilities:

Support of users of Android Tablet Devices through the initial enrolment ofusers, ensuring a positive user take on experience
Management of all users Deviceapplication issues
Deployment of new devices
Resolution of all assigned incidentsand service requests pertaining to Tablet Devices as logged via the Service Desk
Administering breakages both in and out of warranty
Transfer of knowledge onto usersduring support calls in order to minimise repeat calls

4.  Critical Requirements - Skills,  Experience & Qualifications:

  As a tech enthusiast, your IT diploma or A+ certificate will provide a base tomeet technical support needs
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
ust be able to cope under pressure
Must be punctual, disciplined and dedicated toeffectively execute job requirements keeping in mind INTERNAL and CUSTOMER HR and ITpolicies


Must be able to work independently as well as in a teamcontext


After hours support (Saturdays) on a rotational basis
Passionate about quality of service delivered
