Leading health insurance is looking for a Business Analyst for overseeing the maintenance and enhancement of the Compass system to ensure that new product launches or existing product enhancements are catered for. Business Information / IT Management Degree
Business Analysis Diploma
Sequel Certification
Project Management
5 years experience in Compass System Maintenance and Business Analysis

Duties:
Strategic Initiatives: Setting up of the system to ensure that new products launches can be implemented successfully.
Business initiatives: Implement process enhancements on the system as requested by business, for current products / processes.
Production support: Deal with and resolve queries that result from processing errors (as logged by admin team or business).
Compass maintenance: Implementation and application of any system changes / updates / upgrades on the Compass system. Ensure that the changes are tested prior to implementation.
Project management: Play a project management role for any of the above activities if needed. Document and report on any customisation as well as current workflow and projects.
Development: Provide the development team with specs for system development purposes. Test the system and approve the changes, once comfortable with the development work.
