Role details:
A Project Administrator role hasbecome available for one of my external client in Sandton. Candidates should have at least 2 years'experience in a similar role and must be good at taking minutes and must have SharePointexperience.

Outputs

Creates meeting agendas
Drafts anddistributes meeting minutes and presentations
Schedules meetings and workshops
Assists the project team  with ad hoc documentation
Conducts project relatedresearch and  communication thereof to the team
Gathers feedback on allocatedtasks
Assists the Project Manager in reviewing, tracking and updating project informationincluding schedule and scope changes
Compiles project related documentation andcommunication
Follows up on action items from minutes
Assists in the preparationof project workshops and planning sessions 
Escalates project non-conformance to EPOGovernance Ensures project documentation is stored correctly in the EPO document repository
Provides input into the improvement of the EPO standards and methodology
Provides teamwith support on all EPO processes and standards

 
Experience

A minimum of 2 years of ProjectAdministration/Coordination experience within an IT project environment
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
ProjectAdministration qualification preferred
MS SharePoint
Basic understanding of ITprinciples and environments
Working knowledge of SDLC’s and experience in principlesand practices of various project phases and deliverables
Industry (Financial, StockBroking) and business knowledge would be advantageous
