Role details:
A vacancy exists for a Technical Support Specialist coming from an ERP background to join a successful consulting firm who specialise in offering Software Solutions to clients in many verticals. The Technical Support Specialist will be accountable for set solution deliverables and targets ensuring that developed solutions are delivered on-time.

Skills Required:
Ability to engage on an executive level
3 years ERP Experience
VMWare, Hyper-V, Virtual Box
MS SQL Server, Oracle Pl SQL
Windows Server, Linux
IIS, Apache

Description:
Installations, upgrades of ERP solutions
Support and maintenance
Manage technical installation and upgrade related documents
Maintain a specialist level of knowledge on the relevant products
Liaise directly with clients to provide technical and infrastructure solutions
Analyse solution requirements and make recommendations about technical solution
Provide training on technical developments
Update resource planning schedule
Collaborates with Implementation Consultants to ensure successful project implementation and delivery
