We are looking to employ a Infrastructure Team leader to bebased at our Cape Town Offices. This incumbent will be responsible for Management of the server anddesktop teams of 8 team members.1. Responsible for the overall performance of the Desktop,Server and SQL support teams. Such a person should understand the agreed SLA and the groupsresponsible for delivering against the SLA’s.
2. Is responsible for the operationalmanagement the Desktop Support and the Server Support teams ensuring that resources are deployed,directed and supported in a manner that enables delivery on all day-to-day operationaldeliveries
3. In all instances where an incident exceeds SLA criteria, is responsible forRoot Cause Analysis and to rectify shortcomings in any process or procedure
4. Studies theincident statistics and reports on failures, trends and successes. Suggestions to continuouslyimprove process or procedure, as a result of analysis, form an integral part of responsibilities
5. Ensures compliance to all policies, processes and procedures governing team deliveries or usedin achieving work outputs of the team
6. Responsible for assembling, preparing and presentingall operational statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to the Service Delivery Manager /ICT Technical Support Manager
7. Manages staff productivity to ensure maximum output with ahigh Customer Satisfaction rating
8. Responsible for providing daily (or more frequent ifnecessary) feedback to the Client on the status of call
9. Responsible for escalationresolution to ensure that all SLA’s are met.
10. Responsible for identifyingdevelopment needs for team members in relation to each member’s specific role andresponsibilities and, in conjunction with the Service Delivery Manager / ICT Technical SupportManager, implementing training and development interventions to ensure staff are fully equipped toperform their roles.
11. Responsible for monthly trend analysis which will be used to reducethe overall amount of incidents and service requests.
12. Responsible for all processes,procedure, standards and policies – quarterly review

Salary: R 20 000.00 – R 30 000.00 CTC - permonth depending on work experience and skill level. Salary is Negotiable depending on experience andskill level
