You will need to have a solid sales track record and having an operational background would be an added advantage. You will be starting the branch from scratch so having strong organizational skills as well as the drive to go out and sell will get your foot in the door and an interview with the international organization. You will be joining an international brand with one of the best commission structures in the industry.

Experience:
Minimum 3 years management experience in the Clearing & Forwarding industry


Skills Required:
To secure an interview you will need to have 3 years’ experience in a management role leading a team in the freight forwarding industry, Have sound knowledge in air, sea and road freight.
