Role details:
Responsible for dealing with debtors and creditors and providing the necessary backup and support to departmental management, when and where necessary. Required to keep all admin work up to date and adhere to correct principles pertaining to this particular field. Secondary purpose is providing backup for the Africa receptionist and all of those duties applying with regards to receiving clients, providing secretarial support and running the front desk.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Matric
• Diploma in Bookkeeping or B.Com Degree

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
• 2 - 3 years continuous experience in Bookkeeping role

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
• Generation of purchase orders on Accpac
• Following up of outstanding documents and orders
• Maintain purchase orders in Accpac system
• Generate purchase order invoices on Accpac
• Liaise with suppliers and customers
• Capturing of cash book entries
• Processing of expense sheets
• Invoicing of head office charge to divisions monthly
• Issue Capex numbers based on approved Capex’s as per policy and procedure manual.
• Forwarding of approved capex’s to divisions.
• Update and maintain capex register for group.
• Monthly VAT Payments for Admin Group.
