Qualification:

Matric

Relevant IT Support qualification



Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2 years contact centre based IT Support experience

Knowledge of the banking industry (advantageous)

Assertiveness

Attention to detail

Strong Microsoft Excel

Strong communication (verbal and written)



Job Description:

Understanding, capturing, resolving and escalating queries

Providing prompt feedback to queries

Providing support to end users

User acceptance tests conducted

Producing relevant reports to Account Team
