QUALIFICATIONS:• Matric
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
• Minimum 3 - 5 years Sales Experience
• Presentation skills at board level
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
• Canvass and secure new business to fill the major sales objective pipeline;
• Develop and maintain strong customer relations with existing and prospect clients;
• Offer exceptional back up support service and do regular client visits to existing clients;
• Report on market trends and opposition activity;
• Ensure brand dominance and increase market share growth;
• Ensure quotations are delivered to clients within 24 hours;
• Ensure credit applications, movement slip and order confirmations are completed, signed by client and handed in to sales administrator before start of contract;
• Ensure client is aware of company procedure to ensure on time payment
• of workers and our invoices;
• Ensure handover is done with team;
• All sales meetings to be attended;
• Daily call sheets to be completed and emailed to management on a daily
• basis;
• Weekly and monthly reports to be completed;
• Achieve new business targets set by company for the month and YTD
