Senior Business Process Developer. The IBM BPM Integration Developer will collaborate with BPM Analysts, Business Process Engineers, BPM Designers to integrate BPM solutions into the required technical business services landscape (e.g. Legacy banking services, content management services, business rules services, etc.), using IBM Business Process Manager (Lombardi), IBM Process Center and other integration tools (i.e., WebSphere Process Server, WebSphere Integration Designer / Developer, WebSphere MessageBroker, WebSphere DataPower,, etc.). This will require strong collaboration with technical teams on in the legacy banking systems environment. The BPM-Developer will be responsible for the technical UI-development (Coaches) and reporting requirements of BPM-Applications. .
The IBM BPM Developer will also deliver on client non-functional requirements for the solutions such as scale, performance, reliability, reuse, physical and logical architecture.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Working within an engagement team and is responsible for designing and developing the technical integration components of business process applications that are developed on the IBM BPM Lombardi suite.

Must be ‘hands-on’ and proficient on the IBM BPM Lombardi Suite (8.x or higher) and experience with integration development in a SOA-environment, using WebSphere MessageBroker, WebSphere DataPower, MQ and API’s.

Apply business concepts such as key process indicators, service level agreements, metrics and reporting to solutions
Must be familiar and comfortable in the domains of process modeling, process monitoring, business rules and business event based technologies and be able to lead teams in developing end to end BPM solutions
Experience with the IBM BPM Process Center Authoring Environment including BPDs, Process Center Services, Coaches, Integration Components & Connectors
Implementation and customization of BPM-based integration solutions

Development of custom components such as web interfaces, validation services, eForms, ECM-integration (e.g. document capture,), etc.
Strong hands-on experience with Java development and related technologies, especially in an IBM WAS / DB2 environment

Strong understanding of SOA, EJB, Web Services / SOAP and XML, REST
Develop guided end-user interactions (Coaches) and services.
Develop integration services with of hands-on integration experience on IBM Websphere Business Integration tecnologies (Datapower, MessageBroker).
Working with service components, interfaces and business objects, the developer builds integration solutions.
During development and deployment, the integration developer may work closely with business analysts, application developers, business process designers, system administrators, application administrators and solution architects.

Tailor user screens (BPM-coaches) for each process activity to enable end-users to interact with multiple internal/external systems through a single interface
Work independently with minimum guidance
Excellent Communication skills.
Position requires interactions with multi-discipline teams (with varying experience levels), as well as partner development groups.

Ability to clearly convey technical issues to developers and management.
Self-starter. Able to handle unstructured, complex projects, familiar with consulting techniques familiar with end-to-end design (client server, object, multi-tier, etc) and problem solving.?
Technical knowledge of client/server architecture, products, and communication protocols is required.?
Experience in designing and coding distributed systems, on multi-platform, high volume banking environment (wintel/linux/zOS).

Educational Requirements:

Std 10.
Certification, accreditation, or equivalent experience within the Business Process Management and/or Integration discipline will be advantageous.
6+ years’ hands-on experience in an IT environment
4+ year’s hands-on specialisation in IBM BPM-technologies (Lombardi) and IBM Integration technologies of which at least 2 years in senior BPM-Designer/Developer roles.

Skills Requirements:

5+ years Lombardi BPM Integration Development
5+ years OO design and development
5+ years Java design, application, services and web development (Servlet, JSP, EJB/ MDB)?
Must have experience with BPM UI and Coach View development, JavaScript
Good understanding of business process management (BPM)
Good understanding of basic concepts of SOA
Experience in work flows, BO maps, XSLT transformations, XPATH and BPM technologies
Experience in BPEL flows, Mediation and Assembly modules
Experience in creating service interfaces and schemas (WSDLs & XSDs )
Experience in Webservices testing, soapui
Integration protocols (SOAP/XML, REST)
Messaging using MQSeries?
Advanced hands-on knowledge and experience on the specified BPM-technologies, development toolsets and related products (e.g. Process Center, WebSphere Integration Designer, Eclipse, IBM-Rational tooling, etc.)
IBM BPM Process Server (BPEL-Engine)
WebSphere Application Server?
WebSphere Virtual Enterprise?
Understanding on IBM Business Monitor and Business Rules development - advantageous
LINUX?
Agile Systems Development Methodology
Architecture Design Skills?
Database experience SQL - DB2 preferred
Knowledge on Banking and Financial domain is desirable.
