2. Purpose of Role:Candidate will be responsiblefor expanding relationship with an existing client base as well as account acquisition andmanagement.
3. Primary RoleAccountabilities:
(Not more than 5 key responsibilities role holder has acontrolling impact over)
Primary Responsibilities:
ü Generate new Business (Includes cold-calling, customer appointments, generatingleads,
writing proposals, etc.)
ü Produce detailed quotations/proposals
ü Liaise with Project Co-ordinator to ensure project and installations are donecorrectly within set time frames
ü Maintain Customer Relationships
ü Identify opportunities to move existing clients to Fibre network
ü Manage the sales from pre-sales to closing of deals
ü Responsible for updating all sales activity and contact information daily/weekly
4. Critical Requirements -Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
ü Experienced in selling ISP & Corporate WAN solutions
ü Highly motivated andprofessional with excellent communication skills, highly confident and goal oriented;
ü Participatein product, process and/or sales training in order to provide effective technical services solutionsto customers.
ü Tertiary qualification and/or a relevant diploma will be anadvantage
ü Ability to communicate with senior level management, to explain complex processes and todemonstrate Internet services over the phone;
ü Some knowledge of Internet architecture,technology, and/or infrastructure.
