SAP ABAP (FICO) Developer requiredfor a client based in Pretoria for a 1 year contract
- - - - - - - - - - - - - -
consultant needs to both steer the project (10-15% of the work) as alsocontribute into the solution (8590% of the work). 
Project Lead activities:
Setup of the project
Organize workshop
Set up timeline
Deliver in time andbudget 
Project related activities:
Extension of BSEG with new fields.
Implementing a solution to fill those fields derived from incoming posting information.
Migration of Balance Sheet after year end as part of Go Live. 
Go Live, Transitioninto line, Hypercare 
Follow ITPM approach 
Soft Skills (List the softskills required to do the job in question)   
Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills.
Strong ability to understand and interpret Business needs andrequirements with the ability to move concepts through to proposal and finally successfulimplementation.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to communicateeffectively (both verbally and written) with both technical and non-technical colleagues /users.
Strong Presentation skills. Should be willing to deal with (talk to) ourcustomers.  In most cases they will be foreign customers and language barriers might exist.
Ability to work as part of a team, inter dependant as well as independently and submitdeliverables on time and in excellent quality.
SELF STARTER.
Above board work ethics– this is of utmost importance.
Flexibility to take up different tasks in theproject.
Ability and willingness to coach and give training to fellow colleagues and userswhen required.
