The incumbent will be responsible for the Management of total ICTneeds of the Consumer and Small Business unit. It would require development of an IT Strategy thataligns to business needs. In addition the development of the IT Architecture for the BU,implantation of all IT projects and management of vendors. Key areas of responsibility would besimplifying the business process, making it more agile and the digitizing as many processes aspossible.
