Waymark is seeking an Asset Management professional to scope, configure, implement and support Maximo based software solutions for clients.
The Asset Management Consultant will assist clients with the implementation of Maximo software. This position is an integral part of the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) team providing EAM solution leadership, services, and business process knowledge to our customers using the IBM Maximo product.

Key Responsibilities
• Implement and customize the Software for clients.
• Participate in full life cycle client facing implementation projects relating to EAM application, working as part of a project team .
• Configure a client’s Maximo EAM solution
• Develop and execute test plans and test software configurations
• Provide support to clients key stakeholders and end users
• Participate in the information gathering and design process for a client implementation; including the development of functional business requirements and solution scope documents.
• Assist the business development team in promoting the use of Maximo software to potential clients.
You will have:
• Minimum 5 years of prior asset management / Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Software experience.
• Formal degree obtained at a recognized University or equivalent.
• A working knowledge of asset management, reliability-centred maintenance, condition monitoring.
• Experience in software and implementation consulting.
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel across the country and African continent.
Highly regarded qualifications and experience:
• A working knowledge of Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) enterprise asset management software like SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Ellipse etc..
• Prior exposure and/or a proven track record in financial analysis and modelling.
• Prior experience writing and utilizing report writing and/or business intelligence solutions.
