Minimum Experience:
BSc / BEng Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing OR Process Engineering disciplines
Minimum of at least 3 - 5 years post qualification industry experience
Preferred candidate to come from the following:
Healthcare, Laboratory, Biotech/ Pharmaceutical industry
Other:
Must have strong analytical and organisational skills with a demonstrable ability to problem solving
Excellent communication (Oral & Written) and interpersonal skills - confidence, personal gravitas and credibility are crucial, as is the ability to be both a team player and self-motivated and independent as required
Ambition, a thirst for knowledge and self-improvement
Must have a British passport (red passport)
