In this role, you will identify weaknesses and make improvements to the sales processes nationwide, meet budget requirements and grow the business. You will also visit current and potential clients to ensure the highest standards of service levels are achieved. You will inspire your regional sales managers so that the company gross profit margins grow year on year.
You must have extensive experience in sales management within a clearing & forwarding company, be an excellent communicator, analytical, assertive and commercially driven.

Qualification:
Degree: BCom. or equivalent degree

Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience in Clearing & Forwarding sales management
