This IT Consulting Firm is looking for an internal telesales executive to contact potential customers, telephonically and convince them to meet in a sales engagement. This individual will be responsible for articulating the benefits of our software and convincing the client to meet with a sales representative in order to conduct a presentation or trial.

This individual will report directly into the Business Unit Director and will be accountable for achieving a certain number of appointments on a weekly basis. They will be responsible for proactively targeting customers to set up appointments for the sales team to conduct face to face meetings. They will be challenged to achieve appointment quotas with the appropriate business heads. The right applicant will have experience in pro-actively engaging on business to business discussion and key to success will be the ability to interact with potential decision-makers and users over the phone, articulate a strong business technology value-proposition and qualify a customer’s interest to meet. The person should be reliable, tolerant, determined and good communicator who has worked in similar roles in a software sales environment.
Functions: • Cold-calling on prospective and existing customers to promote our products • Work with the sales team to establish campaigns for promoting product offers to potential customers. • Execute targeted telesales campaigns, to increase sales activities and customer education • Accomplish of agreed levels of calling to achieve necessary targets • Maintain databases of existing and potential customers within our CRM system, along with core information and history of interactions. • Maintain a follow-up procedure to new prospects. • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the features and benefits of each software product to easily articulate the software products value proposition • Work with the marketing team, to ensure that leads and campaigns align with customer awareness initiatives
