Manager: Strategic Planning and Research 
Purpose of job:
Facilitates strategic conversations in the company and interrogate functional business plans to ensure alignment with overall company strategy in order to create a single Strategic Plan for overall stakeholder communication, i.e. employees, Board of Directors, shareholder, business partners and clients. Oversee the Corporate Affairs function in the company.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research to better understand current market conditions, including ongoing competitor analysis in order to competitively position the company within the market space.
Coordination, facilitation and participation in the annual business strategy review together with Exco team.
Create a single Strategic Plan for internal stakeholders and Annual Integrated Report for external stakeholder communication.
Ensure buy-in and sign-off of the business strategy by the Board of Directors and shareholders.
Oversee and coordinate all functions within Corporate Affairs, i.e. People Management and Marketing & Corporate Communications.
