Minimum Required Qualifications:
National Diploma, N6 Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
Trade test Fitter / Electrician / Millwright
SPECIALIST on High speed packing and filling lines
Minimum Requirements and Experience(But not limited to):
Implement, maintain and manage the administration of Planned Maintenance Management System.
Drive plant equipment uptime via proper maintenance activities.
Provide, manage and maintain the Unit’s utilities (Water, compressed air, steam, electricity and effluent)
Manage the Maintenance Technical Team
Arrange appropriate resource allocation
Ensure that the Unit complies with the necessary Safety Regulations
Manage asset integrity and carry out quality control audits on maintenance activities.
Artisan Technical Support
Manage maintenance activities as well as contractors performance and adherence to company procedures
Engineering Stores and Critical spares management
Manage department HR functions and motivate staff
Projects planning, coordinating, execution and commissioning of equipment
Continuously improving preventative maintenance schedules to improve machine reliability
Ensuring all safety and regulatory equipment is tested and certification is provided and filed as per statutory requirements.
