MCSE 2012 Certified First Line Support Engineer
Requirements:
 Must have experience in an ITCustomer Service environment
 Must have experience in IT Support
Microsoft Certification is critically required, MCSE 2012 certification
Must have entry to mid-level experience on Active Directory
Must havemid to high level experience on the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel etc..)
Must have experience on a Call Management System, and have an understanding of IncidentSeverities and SLA’s
Must be able to speak English clearly, must be ableto write and articulate extremely well and deal with clients daily
The job entails:
Job is based at Datacentrix MidrandOffice
No travelling required, but will work on a shift roster
Normal working hours are 8am to 5pm Monday toFriday
