Our fast growingclient has a need for a product specialist that can manage all elements of service delivery acrossclients and provide guidance to a team on all technical issues related to the software
- - - - - - - - - - - - - -
-Service / Product Delivery -Collecting and analysing data to proactively manage improvement to the software -Ensures the production of relevant reports as required in order to provide intelligence foroperational improvements. -Identifies opportunities for improvement in systems and processes -Plan and design process changes -Manages client technical queries and implementation needs -Go between from the Developers to the clients to address any technical issues and newrequirements-B.Com or B.Sc degree essential-Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML,Browser interface technology and web protocols -SQL Server administration -Experience in digital or software solutions -Ability to deliver technical advice to non-technical team members-Service orientated -Solid product delivery skills -Ability to converse with technical and non-technical resources
