Key Skills Required • Knowledge of the K2 BlackPearl implementation
• Understanding of the K2 BlackPearl process
• EWA / K2 BlackPearl skills
• K2 BlackPearl development experience
• Experience with K2 BlackPearl installation
• Identify possible risks and mitigation strategies
• Develop functional, technical & design specifications for the portal on the Sharepoint platform
• Compile test scenarios ( system integrated, load & performance)
• System configuration
• Verify content of all documents produced by the BA’s
Key Responsibilities • Responsibility to translate functional specifications into technical requirements, and ensuring delivery of all K2 BlackPearl technical integration requirements.
• Responsibility to install, configure and setup K2 BlackPearl workflow, including mappings and modifications or customizations.
• Develop on the K2 BlackPearl platform.
• Document all code created.
• Must be available during the testing phase of the project.
• Execute tasks according to the project plan.
• Report status of tasks to Team Lead or PM as required.
• Identify and escalate issues.
• Participate in project risk assessments and mitigation planning and elimination.
• Participate in project meetings as required.
• Provide input to project communications.
• Participate in project risk assessments and mitigation strategy planning and implementation.
• Participate in Project Checkpoint Evaluations.
Coaching and Mentoring Skills Transfer: To SEA and SAP CoE and ADMS
• Manuals, Informal training Sessions, Coaching
• Documented Technology skills transfer to SAP CoE.

Implementation, Configuration and Installation Experience 15
