Minimum requirements: Drivers License,
Technical experience (HTML, XML, JavaScript, C#, OutSystems),
Software systems knowledge (SDM/ERP/CRM),
Bachelors degree qualification (MIS, IT business/computer science) Or Equivalent,
Experience with Enterprise Architecture, IT Solution Development and Design, and
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.).
Qualifications & Experience required
Minimum 5 years Information Technology experience in Telecoms or Financial Services industry,
Proven expert ability in following appropriate fault-finding methodologies to resolve issues,
Proven ability to deliver projects and tasks with tight deadlines,
Proven ability to help customers and internal staff resolve problems, and
Proven ability to work effectively with management and peers.
Skills & Competencies
Problem solving and decision making,
Scoping Projects and predicting Resource Requiments and Timelines,
Identifying and Managing Risks,
Business planning and management,
Telecom OSS/BSS Solution Architect background in OSS/BSS implementation,
Managed/Supported end-to-end implementation of at least 2 Telecom projects across OSS, Service Assurance, Service Fulfilment, mediation, Provisioning, etc.
Should have E2E Telecom Business Process understanding,
Knowledge of Service Fulfilment and NOC/SOC management,
Functional knowledge of following telecom systems:
o Order Management & Inventory Management,
o Customer Relationship Management,
o Provisioning / Activation across all types of services,
o Configuration Management, and
o Collection, Mediation, Rating and Billing
Basic Technology knowledge and understanding of CDMA/GSM, ADSL, IP-MPLS/ME, NGN, etc.
Ability to collaborate with and motivate multiple groups towards accomplishing a task.
Ability to see and present ''the big picture'' and provide consultation to others that lack the big picture understanding.
Strong customer facing, presentation and relationship building skills.
Must be effective in working both independently and in a team setting.
Strong listening and question based selling skills.
Ability to uncover business challenges and develop a custom solution to solve those challenges
Experience with enterprise applications, security, systems management, and business continuity solutions a plus.
Ability to travel locally as necessary.
