Swiftnet provides Wireless Data Services nationally to an extensive customer base,
spread over all segments of the market.
Minimum requirements:

• Drivers License,
• Technical experience (HTML, XML, JavaScript, C#, OutSystems),
• Software systems knowledge (SDM/ERP/CRM),
• Bachelor’s degree qualification (MIS, IT business/computer science) Or Equivalent,
• Experience with Enterprise Architecture, IT Solution Development and Design, and
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.).

Qualifications & Experience required

• Minimum 5 years Information Technology experience in Telecoms or Financial Services industry,
• Proven expert ability in following appropriate fault-finding methodologies to resolve issues,
• Proven ability to deliver projects and tasks with tight deadlines,
• Proven ability to help customers and internal staff resolve problems, and
• Proven ability to work effectively with management and peers.

• Knowledge of Service Fulfilment and NOC/SOC management,

o Order Management & Inventory Management,

o Provisioning / Activation across all types of services,
o Configuration Management, and
o Collection, Mediation, Rating and Billing

• Basic Technology knowledge and understanding of CDMA/GSM, ADSL, IP-MPLS/ME, NGN, etc.
