Manage the complete SAP Real Estate module for the Properties division, including development, enhancements and production support.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years SAP experience
• BBEE role
• SAP FI/CO and integration to RE-FX
• Thorough understanding of integration to other modules (FI/CO, Real estate, HCM)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Serves as an expert in real estate processes using SAP REFX
• Designs, develops and supports SAP REFX.
• Monitors and manages production SAP REFX environment (including external interfaces) and proactively remediates issues.
• Thoroughly documents the SAP REFX standards and ensures all 3rd party development adheres to these standards.
• Experience in the Acquisition management and disposal of real estate including space management, contracts, rents, building operations, capital movements, portfolio, commercial and corporate real estate management would be ideal

Qualifications

• SAP Certification
• Relevant Tertiary degree
