The responsibilities will include the following:
Achieve set sales targets.
Achieve consistent activity.
Select and recruit candidates according to client needs.
Repeat business through developing and maintaining healthy client relationships.
Develop Candidate and Client database.
Demonstrate understanding of the recruitment industry.
Demonstrate business acumen through identifying opportunities and growing business.
Demonstrate service orientation.
Continuous improvement of recruitment practices through self-reflection.
General accepted conduct (individual and team).

Qualification:
Matric/Grade 12 is a pre-requisite for this position.
Degree: BCom. or equivalent qualifications would be beneficial.

Experience:
Selling experience would be beneficial.
