Minimum Requirements:Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
Membership at South African Institute of Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (SAIRAC) will be advantageous
Eligible for professional registration
Minimum of 5 years’ experience
Project Management of HVAC Mechanical building systems related design
Job Responsibilities:
Building Energy Optimization design
Designed and managed projects in the HVAC department
Financial project management including compiling tenders, cost reports, cash flow projections and project valuation certificates
Attending site, technical and design meetings
Consulting experience will be advantageous
