Submitting high quality completed bids on time Prepare, source and catalogue standard information required for bid/tender submissions
Distribution to relevant management
Assist with tender compilation (collation, printing, binding, etc)
Assist with editing of proposals (look & feel, formatting and imagery)
Ensure that the bid process is followed and proper templates are used
Document management and support to ensuring that the central tender library is updated and serves the business needs of the company
Non-compromising on quality
Attention to detail
Meeting deadlines on all deliverables and responsible for ensuring that the tender offices high quality standards are always maintained
Additional requirements: proficient in Microsoft projects, word, excel, power point skills and good communication skills
Commercial terms and conditions knowledge e.g price adjustment for inflation, insurances, bonds etc
Obtaining quotations from suppliers for costing the project
Experience in Information Technology and Electrical Engineering industry
Key Requirements:
ND Project Management or similar
At least 3 years experience in bid/tender preparation
