The IT Support Manager will be responsible for management of ICT customer support to ensure that IT support is properly coordinated, monitored, logged, tracked, resolved; minimising inefficiencies & maximising turn-around time.

You Need
Formal Tertiary essential.
Proven National ICT support-function management
Proven implementation ICT support systems & processes as well as policies & tools
Sound Mobile Enterprise Applications- Web Application & Web Services; + supporting Mobile Application & Web Application on handheld devices

Experience:
- providing frontend / back end infrastructure
- Mobile Device Management solutions e.g. Blackberry, Good, Maas 360, Airwatch, Citrix, or VMware
- Support of Windows Phone / RT, iOS, Android, Blackberry mobile devices
- Mobile Technology 3G, 4G GPRS, Wi-Fi etc. + MDM (Mobile Project Life Cycle & Test Life Cycle
- Application virtualization technologies e.g. Citrix XenApp, VMWare ThinApp, or MS App-
- MS Windows 2003/2008/2012 servers
- Systems INTEGRATION via web services
- Enterprise mobile infrastructure & cross platform development platforms like SAMSUNG & other
- Database experience on mobile devices

Familiar with:
Samsung & Microsoft & backend Systems
Performance management of MS & Cisco systems
Application Management control, security & compliance with respect to Mobile Application distribution & deployment

To Do: Inter-Alia
Mentoring Support team;
Ensuring SLAs are met & that quality targets reached & maintained.
Supervising day to day ops of Help Desk for optimal resource management, & enhance the quality of support delivered by assigned engineer.
Provide management & technical support to development team during critical periods of large scale projects.
Functional Testing of Mobile Applications for Android, iPhone/ iPad (iOS) & Blackberry (RIM).
Hands on Test Management & Defect Management (Rational, Cognos)
Agile Scrum & development of continuous integration & test driven development environs for mobile applications,
Install configure maintain Unified Communications & Collaboration solutions e.g. Microsoft Lync or Cisco Jabber
Design & develop mobile / web applications or work in varied environ e.g. Cocoa, Java, JavaScript, C, C++, Objective-C, C#, iOS SDK, Android SDK, other mobile SDKs
