Qualification:
Tertiary qualification in Logistics Management

Experience:
Minimum 3 years in Logistics role at a senior level

Skills Required:
Ability to plan and manage staff to meet operational requirements
Ensure compliance to standard operating procedures
Organize and lead the focus on improved productivity levels
Ensure the team complies with company policies and regulations
Report on KPIs within the staff
Deliver daily activity and processes that needs to be adhered too in the working environment
Ensure Health and Safety procedure are in place
Manage budget and cost control
Strong communication skills
Good analytical and numerical skills
