An international organization specializing in products aimed at minimizing risks to individuals, as well as companies is looking for a Scrum Master/Agile Coach to manage and work with 3 scrum teams requiring mentoring, coaching as well as guidance within the Scrum/Agile environment.Qualification:

Matric

Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Science or related technical discipline preferable



Skills & Experience:

At least 2 years’ experience in a Scrum Master role for a Software Development team

Experience working with multiple Scrum teams simultaneously is preferable

Knowledge of successful Agile techniques as well as techniques for filling in the gaps left in the Scrum approach

Knowledge of other approaches in the Agile space

Scrum Master Certification (PSM I, CSM, PSM II, CSP) advantageous
